General conditions for short term rental

1. Number of guests:

The number of tenants can’t exceed the capacity of a given property referred to in www.balchikholidays.com website or brochure. The number of guests must match the number of beds that the property has. 3. Cleaning, towels and bed linen:

7. Confirmation of the reservation:

8. Payment of the carrying amount:

Payment of the balance of the accommodation must be made not later than six weeks before arrival or with explicit confirmation from Balchik Holidays in cash on arrival. 9. Payment of deposit against damage:
